• Mentoring over a 12-month period, responsive to the clinician’s caseload, learning needs, evidence requirements, and professional development goals. • Case-based discussion, reflective practice, and support with clinical reasoning. • Guidance to understand, plan and document the AHTA mentoring requirements, including learning goals and opportunities, mentoring hours, direct observation expectations, evidence requirements and readiness for mentor verification where appropriate. • Support tailored to where the clinician is at, rather than delivered as a fixed teaching program.
Best suited to clinicians who:
• Are actively pursuing AHT accreditation. • Need senior hand therapy mentoring that responds to their actual caseload and learning gaps. • Want accountability, direction, and support from an experienced Accredited Hand Therapist and educator.
