• Up to 3 short between-session connection points per month by email or message. • Support to clarify a clinical question, prioritise what to bring to the next session, or sense-check general direction. • More active mentoring continuity between monthly sessions. • Additional accountability around learning needs, confidence gaps, and recurring clinical reasoning patterns.
Best suited to clinicians who:
• Are working alone or without senior hand therapy input. • Need a little more access and reassurance between sessions. • Are still developing confidence with hand therapy reasoning, risk, progression, or escalation decisions. • Benefit from a higher-support mentoring relationship without needing weekly supervision.
Key boundary:
• Cases are still reviewed live during the session. • The between-session connection is brief and focused; it is not unlimited advice, emergency clinical support, or a substitute for workplace governance.
$275 + GST per month
Recommended 3-month minimum commitment. This is a monthly payment, payment at least 48 hours prior to session required or session will be cancelled.
