What is included:
• One 60-minute mentoring session per month via Zoom. • Live discussion of current cases, clinical questions, or learning needs during the session. • Support with assessment reasoning, treatment planning, progression, discharge, referral, and escalation. • Practical discussion around splinting considerations, precautions, red flags, patient education, and confidence with decision-making.
Best suited to clinicians who:
• Can bring their cases or questions to the session and work through them in real time. • Need monthly senior input, but not additional contact between sessions. • Are building confidence and want a regular clinical reasoning check-in.
Key boundary:
• Support is provided during the scheduled monthly session only. • No between-session email, phone, or message support is included.
$220 + GST per month
Recommended 3-month minimum commitment. This is a monthly payment, payment at least 48 hours prior to session required or session will be cancelled.
