This agreement outlines the purpose of mentoring, confidentiality, professional responsibilities, limits of advice, and expectations for both parties.

Mentoring supports clinical reasoning and professional learning. It does not replace patient-specific assessment, clinical supervision, workplace policies, hands-on competency development, or professional judgement.
